I love the taste of salt. I think salt is the king of all flavourings and it’s a necessity in cooking. When you add the right amount, and use salt properly, it can enhance not only itself but also other ingredients that you add it to. In many of the dishes I cook, I try to use the best ingredients such as vegetables or meats that are high quality and in season, that way, all I need is a sprinkle of salt to bring out the natural flavours of those ingredients.
