Mauro Colagreco’s emotional 6-hands dinner in Paris

For Saturday 24th February, has chef Mauro Colagreco invited two of the world’s most acclaimed chefs for an unprecedented 6 hand dinner at his restaurant Grandcoeur in Paris. Chef Andoni Luis Aduriz from Mugaritz** in Gipuzkoa (Spain) and Tomas Kalika from Mishiguene in Buenos Aires (Argentina), both personal friends of Mauro, will join him in the kitchen for an exceptional evening.

The chefs will create a nostalgic multi-sensory dinner, playing on the chefs’ own childhood memories to showcase their individualities and cultural influences in one single menu. Each chef will be creating 3 elaborate dishes, resulting in a 9 course collaborative tasting menu for guests to enjoy. Catena Zapata Bodega will propose a wine pairing with a choice of wines specially selected for the menu.

 

«As a child, I lived in a small house and we didn’t have much space so I used the kitchen as my little playground. While my mother was cooking, she used to share her cooking secrets and techniques, and we grew up appreciating the importance of the ingredients.
