Delicious dishes (is saying delicious enough for such wonderful intense and nicely balanced flavours?) by Christian Puglisi.
This menu was served as part of the 5 years anniversary weekend celebration. Relæ was first open for public on August 20th 2010 and this was a reinterpretation of their first menu.
