La Torre del Saracino, beautifully positioned in a 1300 years old watchtower (built to protect the coastline from pirates) with wonderful views at the sea, is one of the best known restaurants of the Campania region whose excellence was awarded with 2 Michelin stars. The elegant contemporary design of the restaurant, generous with space and light, is nicely communicating with the historical architecture of the building itself  and creating a very pleasant atmosphere. The delicious dishes created under the direction of the chef Gennaro Esposito are a creative take on the traditional ingredients and recipes featuring some of the greatest products of the territory. Rich bold flavours composed into a long tasting menu are a perfect expression of the spirit of generosity so typical for the Campania region.
