Alyn Williams is delighted to be hosting what is now the third CHEFstock event at The Westbury Hotel in Mayfair, London. Following its success in previous years, this festival of fine-dining will see Alyn carry out a series of collaborative dinners with four internationally renowned, Michelin star chefs.

Every Tuesday throughout April, Alyn will team up with one of the four chefs to produce an eight course-tasting menu. The collaborative menu will be served to guests in the evening by restaurant manager Giancarlo Princigalli and his accomplished team.  Guests have the option of pairing the dinner with matching wines.
