Seasonality plays a great influence on Mirazur’s menu. They spin around seasonality and minimal ingredients that focus on textures, flavors, temperatures and colors. The menu changes frequently and is mostly inspired by the ingredients whether it comes from Menton, France, Italy, or the restaurant’s organic herb, citrus fruit, vegetable garden directly below the restaurant.

My wintry dish is made with coloured potatoes, bottarga, capers and coffee sauce. The potatoes and the coffee sauce create this special seasonal frame and offer a savory journey capable of warming hearts and souls. The simplicity of this dish reveals the best out of these two star ingredients.
