My favorite flavour is flavour. I know this may sound like a joke, but it’s not. Others call it Umami. I understand it as something that includes not only the taste, but also texture, sounds and colours. For me when something is too delicious, all this mixes into one thing.
So that´s my favorite flavor, the one that has memory but also the one that has no memory at all. That’s the one that reaches the highest excitement.
