Paulo de Tarso, the legendary Maître D’ of Bar Boulud is starting a new venture. He is leaving Bar Boulud to open an Italian restaurant in Covent Garden together with Nicolas Jaouën, currently general manager of Mayfair’s La Petite Maison. Their 100-cover restaurant, Margot, will open in May 2016 and will celebrate Italian flavours and passion for life.

“What I love best about my job is people. From the daily interaction with clients to the wonderful people drawn to work in this industry.” told us Paulo a few weeks ago in a mini interview.

We are wishing him a huge success and a lot of pleasure also in his new project and I am sure he will continue spreading his happiness and positive energy also in his new “home”.
