Chef Michele Farnesi is still very young (26 years old) but with a stunning wealth of experience and a great sensibility for the flavours which is visible and tastable in every single dish he creates. Dilia is his first solo adventure, a small soulful place with around 20 seats. Dishes which come to table are so mouth-watering and so delicious with every bite that I simply forgot to take photo of the pasta dish because of the totally overwhelming perfume. I remembered to take picture only after I destroyed the lovely dish with my fork. Visit Dilia and you will understand why.
