“The culinary revolution is now” is the title of this year’s event which is taking place on 27th and 28th September in Cologne and is bringing on stage some of the greatest chefs to share their ideas, creations and innovations. It is also a place for young chefs who are creating the future to show their talent and passion. They all are creators of change in the culinary world. Never before were classic dining concepts challenged and revolutionised as much as today. The seventh Chef Sache (Chef’s thing) will have a deep look at those changes.
