Kiln

58 Brewer St, London, Soho W1F 9TL

My visit to Kiln, the Thai grill in the buzzy Soho, was a “touch and go”, but it was sufficient to understand why do chefs love eating there so much and to make me want to return with more time on my side. The food, served in a very relaxed atmosphere is vibrant and clean. Chefs are paying a great attention to sourcing of the best and freshest ingredients which are beautifully enriched with fire and spices. The succulent grilled lamb skewer is softened with the warmth and sweetness of cumin, the sweet langoustines are made lively with chilli, kaffir lime and sweet mint and the curry is rewarding us with the warm fullness of flavour… I am sure flavours of Kiln can bring a smile on your face even on a bad day!
