
Today I received an email from Lee, who was featured here some days ago through his favourite flavour. This talented passionate young chef decided to open his own restaurant right at the sea in Cornwall. Sea has always been the main source of inspiration for Lee and being located there will enable him to bring richness from the sea to table in the best possible way. This is what he wrote:
“I wanted to tell you that I decided to go for it and try to open my own place. A small seafood restaurant in Cornwall. The image I have of it in my head is of a fun, cosy, relaxed family run place, but with real ambition. I would like to really push myself and I think being back in the Southwest, in that lifestyle, and with that access to seafood will hopefully allow me to push my cooking to the next level.
It’s not 100% confirmed yet, but we are pretty close, and to help get us over the line we are running a crowd funding project.”
