What is flavour? Flavour is the characteristic which helps us, together with smell and texture, to identify and enjoy food.

Through flavour and smell we develop confidence to continue with textures which excite our interest and make every experience even more enjoyable.

I love pure flavours. I enjoy the balance and harmony which make you feel the essence of the product and take you to a journey through memories provoked by taste, smell and texture. Pleasant sensations.

When flavour convinces you, everything else will seduce you too. My favourite flavour? Umami.
