Daniel Boulud and Mauro Colagreco at Bar Boulud

Daniel Boulud, French chef living in New York (his flagship restaurant Daniel has two Michelin stars) and Mauro Colagreco, Argentinian chef living in France (his flagship restaurant Mirazur has two Michelin stars and is on the 11th place on World’s 50 best restaurants) are two well known names in the food scene, so a dinner uniting both of them was promising an evening full of delicious flavours. And it was. Here are just some of the dishes (some appetizers are missing).

Dinner took place at Bar Boulud in London on the 3rd November.
