Everybody loves Gelinaz. What do you love best about it?

The unpredictability of it all is what makes it such a special event. There’s always an element of risk, of accepting you are not in full control, that’s what makes it so much more exciting.

This year you are cooking at the Gelinaz HQ in Brussels. What are you looking forward most for this year?

First of all, it’s such a great honour to cook alongside chefs like Fulvio Pierangelini, Mauro Colagreco etc, for a young guy like me, who is just starting to build his own identity, it’s totally bewildering, I feel really lucky to be apart of it.

What would be your message to your fellow Gelinaz?

That’s a very hard question! As I said, I’m so overwhelmed by the thought of the experience that I just want to take in as much as possible, and I hope that at the end of the day we all can have a drink together!
