Everybody loves Gelinaz! What do you love best about it?

I am very excited and curious. Gelinaz is a great possibility to get to know not only the kitchen of another restaurant, but also another culture and traditional dishes & ingredients. I am really looking forward to meeting the team of my hosting restaurant!

 

What are you looking forward to most for this shuffle?

I am very much looking forward to creating a menu with dishes which contain some ideas and products of my home region but will be strongly influenced by my destination country and Chef.

Creating and finally serving this menu with a new team will be very exciting.

 

And what would be your message for the chef who will cook in your kitchen?

I wish him/her a great time in our cold autumnal Germany and a great success at Aqua. He/she doesn’t need to be too excited – he/she will be greatly supported by my excellent team who will take care of him/her. Furthermore we have amazing regional and seasonal products and I think he/she will create a fantastic menu. I really hope he/she will enjoy his/her time here in Wolfsburg and surroundings!
