The dinner at Metamorfoza was a welcome dinner for all the invited chefs and journalists of the beautiful event “Commis Made: Urban Farm” which was organised by the team of this lovely restaurant (more about the event will be published in the next days).
 .
Restaurant Metamorfoza is a young restaurant guided by the passionate restaurant and PR manager Matylda and the head chef Adrian Klonowski with his team and wonderfully backed by Justyna who is investing into project not only her money but also her heart.
 .
The team of Metamorfoza is working very closely with the farmers – learning from them, transforming their lovely products into delicious dishes and becoming a showroom for the best ingredients that Poland has to offer.

Gdansk is located at the Baltic coast, looking towards Scandinavia and the Nordic influence is very clearly visible in Adrian’s style of cooking and preserving food. The team is very young, still learning and still looking for their personal style, but the great passion of all engaged in the project, the unstoppable hunger for knowledge and their determination are highly promising. Keep them in mind if your journey takes you to Gdansk and enjoy their bursting energy and enthusiasm!
