A fascinating Japanese tea experience by Hideko Kawa. 29.2. in London

Are you fascinated by the Japanese culture or got special love for sweets? In any of the cases is this event made for you:

Hideko Kawa, who is hosting it,  is for sure between the most exciting pastry chefs in the United Kingdom. Her creations, which so beautifully unite her Japanese roots with the European culture, are spectacular – both from the point of flavour and texture as from the visual side. Hideko has been, before founding her consultancy company The Sweet Art Lab, the Head Pastry Chef of Heston Blumenthal’s Fat Duck and Gordon Ramsay’s Royal Hospital Road, so you may have already encountered her great talent there.
