I believe we get used to different flavours as children – it’s an evolution which is part of the growing up. Our norms change each time we are lucky to live some new sensorial and emotional experience which makes our knowledge and sensibility grow. It’s beautiful to enjoy flavours like a child – with joy and pleasure for every new discovery, for every play of flavours which will allow them to classify in their own mind all the wonderful flavours which they will encounter in the future with an even greater joy and satisfaction.
